    3. Salt to taste
    4. Pepper
    5. A teaspoon of brown sugar
    6. A teaspoon of butter

    Procedure:

    Take a bowl full of cashew nuts. Bake them until they are warm enough. Make sure that they don't get burnt. In another bowl, take finely chopped, fresh rosemary leaves, butter, salt to taste, pepper and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Toss the baked cashew nuts in this mixture and serve cool.     Ingredients:

    1. 3-4 boiled potatoes
    2. Half a cup of unsalted butter
    3. Half a cup of sour cream
    4. Salt as per taste
    5. A teaspoon of ground black pepper
    6. Half a cup of grated Parmesan

    Procedure:

    Boil 3-4 potatoes until they become tender. Drain the remaining water. Now, with the help of a mixer, break the potatoes till they become converted into a fine paste. You can also do this by hand. Break the potatoes into small pieces and with the help of a smasher; smash the potatoes into a paste. Add butter, salt, pepper, sour cream and grated Parmesan to it.   • Ina Garten's pomegranate cosmos:

    Ingredients:

    1. Pomegranate seeds
    2. Premium quality Swedish vodka

Procedure:

Take juice of pomegranate. Use juicer to get that perfect red colored juice of pomegranate. Make sure that there are no seeds left in the juice. Take a glass and fill one fifth of it with vodka. Add the quantity as per personal taste. Pour the pomegranate juice on top of it. Your delicious cocktail is ready. Serve it chill. For garnishing, add few pomegranate seeds on top of it.
